yesterday we went to springbrook and the natural arch in the hinterland of the gold coast.. it was fun re-exploring the old stomping grounds of the marshmallow with molly, christie, tiff and colleen! it was pretty cool in the mountains but nice to get away from the busy coast life.. we had a big plan to go to byron for the night the other night, but the gold coast marathon had everythign closed on the highway and we couldnt get the car we hired. :( and then we tried to go to collangatta to explore for the day but the buses were messed up too.. and we didnt really get anywhere for the day. we did, however, see katrina running in the marathon which was cool! we hung out with drake and i went out with drake and michael for the night to catch up on old times.. right now we are doing our laundry and eating muffins at drakes getting our clothes ready for bali... we are supposed to leave for the currumbin wildlife park right now, but its raining so we may haveta re-evaluate... or i guess were going to go and hang out in the rain with the roos!
